Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Creation and shipping time
Each piece is created by me for you at the time of order. Depending on the current volume this can take up to 15 business days for me to complete. After your order is completed, you will receive email notification with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery time has been variable throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In general, domestic orders are taking between 2-5 days with Priority shipping. International orders have been anywhere from 7-21 days.
For the domestic shipping I now offer two options!
First is USPS Priority Mail. This option is for the small flat rate box and comes with tracking.
Second is USPS First Class. This option is for a well-padded bubble mailer with tracking.
For either option, there is no additional charge if I need to upgrade to a larger size due to order of multiple items.
All international sales will be packaged in bubble mailers. They are well packed with extra bubble wrap prior to shipping. The cost of shipping a box currently is alarming. If you would like me to utilize a box for international shipping, I will request current rates from my postmaster and review that with you.
Customs & Import Taxes – You are liable for any import or customs taxes that may be required. Please do not ask me to falsify order values.

If I am experiencing a longer than expected time frame I will do my best to send you an email update. If there is an occasion that you are ordering your piece for, please email me right away so I can make sure it gets to you in time. Make sure there is at least a two-week period prior to the date you need to account for shipping time.
