The Star- Haze

The Star is the strand I chose to represent the stages of grief and the movement back and forth through them. Sometimes backwards is the only way to move forwards. You have to trust the process and give yourself the freedom to feel and grieve. If you find yourself in a haze, amethyst can help relieve stress, help remove negativity, and can help with spiritual awareness.
